They see, hear, or sense things others don’t
Visions, voices, presences, energy—things they can’t explain but know are real
They feel everything deeply—sometimes too deeply
Overwhelmed by emotions, other people’s energy, or crowded spaces
They’ve been labeled ‘too much’ or ‘too sensitive’
Teachers, doctors, or family may have said something is wrong with them
They experience the world in ways others don’t understand

They have unusual experiences with animals, nature, or dreams
